April 21, 2010 Mckillop U/W (Underwear) Celebrating the USA Launch of Mckillop U/W (Underwear), Vancouver Fashion Designer Ryan Mckillop and a fleet of amazing talent are exploding on the West Hollywood club scene to throw an underwear extravaganza at Here Lounge, May 15, 2010. After throwing their Canadian Launch party in Sept all they have heard is give us more. So they are packing up their Underwear, their models, singers, and drag queens to board planes, trains and automobiles to entertain the gay community in West Hollywood.Mckillop U/W has a strong connection to the Vancouver Gay community and wants to show that to the world. Mckillop U/W has worked very closely with Armstrong Jr. since he started his recording career 2005. Mckillop U/W has watched Armstrong Jr. flourish into an international talent; therefore there was no question that Mckillop U/W wanted Armstrong Jr. on their team of performers, embarking on Los Angeles. The New York record label, System Records has recently picked up Armstrong Jr., in addition he is currently in the studio working with the Speaker Freaks (San Francisco) and he has been working very hard on his music video for his new single “Social Terror” to be released this fall. A new addition to the Mckillop U/W roster is Vancouver’s Pop Icon Peter Breeze. Peter Breeze has been performing since 2007 and Mckillop U/W took special notice of Peter at his release party for “Send in the Robots” (2010) also who could miss the video “Fucked Up” that went viral and was featured by James St. James and on www.worldofwonder.net. Peter Breeze is a breath of fresh air full of sequins and pizzazz and Mckillop U/W is honored that he is available to help out in the closing performance of the Launch Party.
